A: We accept exchanges for unopened items in their original condition within 14 days of delivery date as stated in order information. Please note that all sale/discounted items, hygienic products made for contact with skin/hair, and Kpop albums are final sale and cannot be exchanged.

Q: How long does it take to process a return or exchange?

Q: Can I return or exchange an item I purchased in-store through the online store?
A: Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for in-store purchases through our online store. Please visit the store where you made the purchase for assistance with returns or exchanges.
